I provide legal assistance to authors and other holders of the copyright to authors’ works or other subjects of protection in accordance with the Copyright Act as well as to their users and other parties. I am able to provide comprehensive services in the field of all kinds of works including computer programs or other subjects protected in accordance with the Copyright Act, especially:

• advisory and consulting activities in the field of copyright and rights relating thereto;
• preparation of drafts of contracts on creation of authors’ works, artistic performances or other subjects of protection, licence or other contracts (publisher's licence agreements, implementions agreements, contracts on system integration, outsourcing agreement, contracts on assignment of the right to exercise author’s economic rights, etc.), on use of authors’ works including computer programs or other subjects of protection between holders of copyright and relatedrights and users of the protected subjects (individuals and entities doing business in the field of information technologies, publishers, broadcasters, phonogram producers, producers of audiovisual fixations , advertising agencies and others active in the field of creation and use of authors’ works and other protected subjects), also in the Internet environment (portals, webdesign - www pages, etc.);
• representation in negotiations and conclusion of contracts on creation of authors’ works, artistic performances or other protected subjects, licence and other contracts;
• preparation of legal analyses and expert opinions;
• representation in reconciliation negotiations;
• representation in the cases of disputes.
